Located on Pepper Street, Six One Six is owned and created by Matthew James Veryard and designed for experience. The venue features a vibrant dining space and bar, a luxury Don Julio 1942 Snug for private dining, a semi-private raised area, and a sun-trap front terrace. Expect a modern, moody atmosphere brought to life with DJs and live musicians, bottomless brunches, and a calendar of curated menus, events, and seasonal experiences — all designed to be savoured, celebrated, and remembered.

Six One Six turns the lights down and the energy up as Dry January comes to a close. Cocktails flow, DJ Ian Gilbert takes over from 8pm, and the night slips into late-night mode — no more water, no more waiting, just the official start of 2026.
